I am Mrs. Neelamma W/o Mr.Monesha,
residing in udbal of Manvi Talukam in Raichur, Karnataka. We live a
hard life, which is below poverty line. We use fire wood for cooking
our daily food. It is routine job for us to go the fields in search
of firewood, sticks etc. Now the fields are owned by individuals and
there are no much plants and trees where we could collect the wood.
In the rainy season it is very difficult to find firewood. During
this season at times we had to go empty stomach to bed.
The government has some facilities to such people like us. But our
illiteracy and ignorance has made us vulnerable to attain them. We
only could implore God’s blessing and mercy upon us. For our
surprise Mr. Charli from Vimukti visited our house once and I
expressed my helplessness and how we are finding hard to get
firewood for cooking. He explained the new scheme of getting free
cylinder gas kit for the poor families. I without delay applied for
free cylinder gas kit. For my surprise within the short time Mr.
Charlie brought the cylinder gas kit to our house. My family was
really happy to have this gas kit. Mr. Charile not only educated us
regarding this new Government scheme but also admonished us to help
others so that they can apply and get the benefits from this scheme.
I do not know how to express my joy at the moment. My family members
and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we remain ever
grateful to God for his wonderful deeds. May God bless you and your
institution and enable you to free many more lives in the society.
