Training on Government Schemes- “Combatting Youth unemployment and poverty with skills development.”

Vimukti Pothnal in collaboration with the Italian Bishops Conference conducted a training program for youth on Government Schemes in Vimukti on 28th December 2023. Fr. Sathish Fernandes spoke to the youth on the advancement of technology and the initiatives of Vimukti to empower youth. Mrs. Madhumathi, the resource person, gave a talk on various government schemes under the Social Welfare Department, Adijamabava Development Corporation and Ambedkar Development Corporation. After which Mr. Jayasheela spoke on the government schemes under the Department of Agriculture. 62 youth participated in the program.
