Trust® Pothnal in collaboration with Navachethana charitable Trust
for disables® Rama nagara, organized free distribution of note books
to the selected government School children at Manvi Taluka. The main
aim of the note free note book donation drive was to sensitize the
younger generation to be aware of the value of things and promote
quality education and a favourable environment. The notebooks were
distributed to the primary and middle school students in the
presence of the school authority. The notebook donation drive is a
small step from the school to develop social responsibility among
students and teach them about sustainable learning, said Fr. Sathish
Fernandes, Vimukti director. Vimukti is highly sensible about our
poor children as well as our students. Whenever we get an
opportunity to stretch our helping hands towards those poor, we do
rush immediately to help them and always find a way to serve our
economically poor children. Nearly 2500 notebooks were distributed
to various government schools in Manvi taluka.
