The Vimukti Charitable Trust® Pothnal in
collaboration with UNDP and Women Community Cadres (Unnati Sakhis)
organized enterprise training and Business Development Assistance with
Mentorship program at vimukti premises from 20th to 25th September,
2021. Nearly forty selected and interested women were identified from
the project area for these five days of intensive training program and
it was given by the Mr. Krishna Sharma from Hyderabad. The main
objective of this training was to create a job opportunity for all and
to reduce unemployment by encouraging the creation of small businesses
that will provide a living for successful entrepreneurs. Furthermore,
the programme has a community works component that tackles social
exclusion on two fronts at once, offering unemployed people chance to
gain valuable working experience and improve their professional skills
while providing services for those who are most at risk of social
exclusion. This training focused on a series of measures and activities
such as: Entrepreneurship training for developing of business skills,
support in the development of a business plan and coaching and
mentorship support. Miss. Monlisa ALC India, Sunil kumar coordinator ALC
Raichur, Mrs. Girija, Mrs. Jaysheela vimukti Coordinator, and Shashi
Kumar witness the program and nearly 40 SHG members actively
participated and benefited from these five days training program.
