Vimukti organized one day training on
revised Mukya Mantri Ujjwala yojana scheme to the women at
Markumdinini pocket. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Agrogyappa VCT
animator said previously this scheme had fixed target group, but now
no target has been fixed, and all the eligible beneficiaries will be
given free cooking gas. The people belonging to scheduled caste/
scheduled tribes and backward classes can avail the facilities. The
beneficiaries have to bring ration card and identification card to
avail the facilities.55 women attended the training and applied for
this scheme. As a result 12 of the beneficiaries received the
cylinder gas kit and others are waiting to receive.
