As a part it’s on going services towards the poor children,
Vimukti has been distributing free notebooks, uniforms to the poor
students from the nearby government schools on 31st of May, 2018.
Every year around 150 poor students were given note books &
stationery, uniforms. The articles were distributed by the
dignitaries present during the meeting. This year, a massive
arrangement for free distribution of notebooks was made to the poor
primary school students, in the various adjoining villages of
Pothnal city.
This philanthropic endeavor of which was began, since 2012.
Irrespective caste, creed or religion, every poor student were given
notebooks each free-of-cost every year wherein about 150 students
are directly getting benefited. Addressing the occasion, Fr. Sathish
Fernandes Vimukti, Director said that today’s children are
tomorrow’s leaders and hence Vimukti aims at reaching those children
who are denied of their basic right to education due to incapacity
to afford for education. Every child can be nurtured to be a better
individual if the right opportunities are provided at the right
time. Fr. Elvin lopez Asst. Director urged the parents and staff in
charge to take care of these blooming buds as they are the future of
the nation.
