6th Annual day celebration at Vimukti - uncovering of book and giving away material help to the physically challenged children
“Opportunities are like the ocean, have the joy of swimming in it and reach the shore of success”

On 17th January, 2016 Vimukti celebrated the children fest in a grand scale. The director first addressing the gathering highlighted the plans and aspirations of the Vimukti institute. His thought provoking message was that, “We are all born with a divine fire in us. Our efforts should be always to give energy to this fire and fill the world with unqueching glow of its goodness”. Rev. Fr. Robin Victor D’souza OFM, Cap., provincial administrator, Holy Trinity Province, Karnataka, received special honour on this day gave a valuable information about how the “Magu Nagu Programme” had its beginning and how it gradually developed in the process of time. This cultural fest he noted as very important and has outstanding significance because of the countless achievements, along with all the struggles and challenges that Vimukti has undergone to continue the social work ministry in a fruitful manner. The inception, growth and the blossoming of Vimukti, as we see it today, is by the grace of God and the boundless mercies of the Almighty. Today if one takes stock of what has been achieved in the short period of time, one will have to humbly accept and admit the providence of God at every little or big step through the history.

Mr. M.C Reddy P.D.O from Utakanoor distributed tri- cycles to the children of otherwise abled and appreciated the entire Vimukti team for actively involving in the social field work. Mr. Patrice Fabart, Ensemble Agisssons, France, inaugurated and uncovered the book titled as, ''JEEVODAYA'' (rising to a better life), and Mr. Daniel Helbert inspired the people through his message. From the past five years they have totally dedicated themselves to serve through “Magu Nagu” Programme in Pothnal. Presently the entire “Ensemble Agissons” team is happy to see the progress done by this institute.

Children from Anugrha Convent, Pothnal delighted everyone as they invoked God's blessings through the prayer dance that gave a beautiful atmosphere to the entire event and to the gathering and it was well appreciated. All the Vimukti children according to their own capabilities performed the best skills in and through the dances. Indeed it was fabulous and standard programme, as the crowd enjoyed and appreciated through their applause. The parents who were invited to children fest admired the interest and hard work of our children. On the whole a colorful cultural presentation by the Vimukti children and sumptuous fellowship meal that followed was s sign of prefect unity, team work and brotherhood.
