Vimukti Staff Training on Child Rights, POSH and Child Protection:

Vimukti Pothnal conducted a staff capacity-building training programme on Child Rights, POSH, and Child Abuse Prevention. The training focused on strengthening staff awareness of children s rights, safeguarding responsibilities, prevention and identification of abuse, appropriate reporting mechanisms, and creating a safe and child-friendly environment. Staff were also oriented on the importance of professional conduct, confidentiality, accountability, and zero tolerance towards any form of abuse or harassment. The session enhanced the staff s knowledge and preparedness to protect children, uphold their dignity and rights, and respond responsibly to safeguarding concerns. Vimukti remains committed to building a safe, respectful, and protective environment for every child and staff member.
