A training on Gender
Justice, SRHR, and Health Awareness was conducted for adolescent
girls of Sabla Kishori Sanghas in villages on 25th 27th April 2026.
The program aimed to equip girls with knowledge and life skills for
informed health decisions. Key topics included gender equality,
adolescent changes, menstrual hygiene, nutrition, personal safety,
and health rights. Participatory methods such as group discussions
and role plays ensured active engagement. A total of 82 adolescent
girls participated. The training helped break myths around SRHR,
improved awareness, and increased confidence among participants to
manage their health and assert their rights. Outcome: Enhanced
awareness on gender justice and adoption of healthy practices among
adolescent girls.
