Sponsored Children’s Day Celebrated at Vimukti, Pothnal:

Vimukti Pothnal celebrated Sponsored Children’s Day with great joy and gratitude at its campus on 11th of January 2026, with the participation of sponsored children, parents, donors, staff, and volunteers. The programme highlighted the importance of child sponsorship in ensuring education, care, and a brighter future for vulnerable children. Fr. Sathish Fernandes, Director of Vimukti, emphasized that sponsorship is not just financial support but an expression of love, encouragement, and shared responsibility in shaping young lives. Children expressed their happiness through cultural performances, songs, and dances. Long-associated beneficiaries and donor members of the Child sponsorship programme were felicitated in appreciation of their journey and commitment. The celebration strengthened the bond between children, parents, and supporters and reaffirmed Vimukti’s commitment to nurturing every child with dignity, care, and opportunity. Nearly 120 stakeholders attended the program.
