The Vimukti Child
Resource Centers (CRCs) serve as vibrant child-support hubs within
marginalized communities, offering safe, engaging, and educational
spaces for children beyond regular school hours. These centers
provide alternative learning experiences designed to nurture
creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking among children from our
targeted villages. Each CRC offers an age-appropriate learning
platform where children are encouraged to participate weekly. They
have access to a variety of play materials, library books, and
writing tools that enhance their reading, writing, general
knowledge, and motor skills through games and sports. The centers
not only help improve academic performance but also foster social
interaction and personal development.
Furthermore, CRCs act as bridges to wider community resources by
offering valuable information, learning opportunities, and materials
that empower children and support their families. They are
instrumental in building a culture of learning and shared growth.
Currently, nearly 350 children are actively benefiting from the
programs conducted through these Child Resource Centers.
