Vimukti Charitable
Trust provides remedial classes through learning centers, focusing
on children from the most disadvantaged communities. These centers
assist children in transitioning to age-appropriate classes in
formal schools. In addition to academics, teachers offer education
in life skills, health, hygiene, child rights, and protection. The
teaching methodologies include activity-based learning, creative
work, and educational games. The aim is not just to help children
achieve high grades but to identify and address their cognitive and
psychological needs. By offering appropriate teaching methods and
psychological support, the program enhances children's
self-confidence and self-esteem, enabling them to succeed both in
school and in life. Currently, nearly 450 children benefit from the
services provided by these learning centers.
