Vimukti Health for all
programs ensure that everyone stays healthy. To do that, we organize
health checkup camps in remote rural villages. So far hundreds of
patients have benefited and the trend does not stop here. We have
plans to go the extra mile with these health checkups soon. Our
health staff nurse provides consultation and health awareness
sessions on various topics. Women and children came to the health
checkup with complaints of abdomen pain, cough, headache, fever,
skin diseases, etc. the staff nurse advised the patients that such
problems were seen due to not paying attention to personal hygiene,
and not drinking sufficient water. further she guided the parents
and children who came to the camp for check-ups to pay more
attention to food and hygiene rather than medicine. Nearly 75 women
and children received free health checkups and free medicines.
