On 2nd of March, 2023 a report in the form of Memorandum was
submitted to DC, CEO, DHO, and THO. The CCFF, VDC and SHG members in
their respective villages monitor the PHC and sub centers for the
past few months and come together and discuss, identified the major
problems in the PHC and Sub centers at their meetings. They
collectively prepared the memorandum stating all the difficulties
faced by the public, during the PHC and sub center visits for their
health facilities. All the beneficiaries/ public opinion suggestions
were listed out clearly in the form of a booklet and submitted to
the concerned higher authority and demanded in writing when they
will solve these major problems and provide basic facilities for the
public without fail. The focus of all the center’s is to improve the
health conditions of women and the children.
