Free Medical health checkup Camp: Vimukti Pothnal

Free Medical health checkup camp was organized at vimukti Premises. The aim of the health camp was to increase awareness of health-related issues such as cleanliness, sanitation etc. among children and the general public. Children will be encouraged to spread this information among their families, friends and neighbors. The vimukti staff nurse sensitized the children on maintaining hygiene by washing hands regularly and before and after eating, segregating dry and wet waste, keeping the surroundings clean and engaging in physical activities to stay fit. The Doctor Raghavendra divided children into small groups were monitored for BP, weight, height, vision and oral hygiene as a part of their general checkup. The gathered children promised to adhere to good hygiene practices taught at the camp and remain physically fit by exercising regularly and adopting healthy habits. Nearly 65 children benefited from this camp.
