On 18 August, 2021 the Vimukti Charitable
Trust Organized a special program on “Leadership training” for the
unorganized Youths at Vimukti campus. The resource person of this
program was Mr. Lawrence, Jawalgera detailed the importance of
leadership and its qualities. He explained saying, the leaders are those
who have the qualities of knowing the importance of leading someone or
something with a clear goal while strives after achieving it through
others, is called as leadership. Leaders help themselves and others to
do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and
create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to
go to achieve the set pre-planned goals with the spirit of enthusiasm as
one team or as an organization. Leadership is a process of social
mastery, greatly influences and impacts other’s behavior and conviction
maximizing the efforts of others, towards the achievement of a common
goal. 80 youths benefited from this leadership training program.
