Dr. Fr. Sathish Fernandes OFM Cap was
honored with “Makkal Kalyana Raja Prashati” state award for his
dedicated and valuable service towards the welfare of children at the
International Women’s Day Programme held on 10th March 2021 at Princess
Golf, Gate No.9, Palace Ground, Bangaluru. The award was given in
recognition of the undeterred and relentless work towards children and
youth at risk. Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri B.S. Yediyurappa Karnataka
inaugurated the function and exhibition stalls. Mrs. Shashikala
Annasaheb Jolle, Hon'ble Minister for Department of Women and Child
Department Karnataka honored the state award- makkala Kalyana Raja
Prashati- 2020-2021 along with certificate. The dignitaries and
organizers from the state applauded the efforts and services of VIMUKTI
on the occasion.
