Awareness on Arogya Karnataka Bhagya Scheme: Vimukti Pothnal

VCT, Pothnal organized awareness on Arogya Karnataka Bhagya Scheme on 5th November, 2018 in the targeted pocketed of Manvi taluka. The main objective of the scheme is to extend ‘Universal Health Coverage’ to all residents in Karnataka State. Under this new scheme, primary health care specified secondary and tertiary health care benefits will be provided. The current ongoing health schemes like Vajpayee Arogya shree, Yeshaswini Scheme, Rajiv Arogya Bhagya Scheme, Rashtriya Swasthaya BimaYojana (RSBY) including RSBY for senior citizens, Rashtriya Bala Swasthaya Karyakram (RBSK), Mukhya mantri Santwana Harish Scheme, Indira Suraksha Yojane, etc. and many other related issues were explained to the stakeholders; As a result 125 attended the training and benefited from this awareness program.
